- Information about Mohair & Alpaca: Mohair is the hair of the Angora goat. This natural fibre is the specifically lightest textile fibre and therefore very precious. Its fleece is very dense and long, flat wavy and shiny. Its properties are very similar to those of sheep's wool, but the surface is much smoother and shinier, and therefore has little felting ability. The exclusive natural fibre alpaca has a silky shine, is heat-equalising, particularly light, very soft, elastic, resistant, dirt and odour repellent, particularly easy to care for and does not form pilling nodules.
