Denim Tweed can be so casual and sustainable, while also providing a very special knitting experience. Denim Tweed consists mainly of recycled materials. The cotton portion is obtained from textile scraps from denim production and the polyester portion from recycled PET bottles. Mixed together this results in a yarn with small colorful fiber nubs as we know it from classic tweed.
For the necessary strength and visual effect, the yarn is twisted with a delicate polyamide thread. Even if the fine yarn requires some patience, the work is worth it and the models will certainly become a regular summer companion, as it feels pleasantly cool on the skin.
Denim Tweed is not only very light, snodern also very productive.
