For orders over €49, we cover the shipping costs for deliveries to Germany and Austria.
For orders under €49, shipping costs within Germany are €4.95.

Orders placed by 12:00 PM usually leave our warehouse on the same day and arrive at your doorstep in Germany within approx. 1-2 business days.
For delivery addresses outside Germany, delivery time may take 1-3 business days longer. You can find the current delivery times during the order process.

Within our extended return period, you can return your order to us free of charge.

With us, you have an extended return policy of up to 6 months. For finished items, the return period is 30 days.
This allows you to complete your craft project at your leisure and return unused, complete balls of yarn to us within the applicable period.

Purchase on account is also possible. In individual cases, we reserve the right to offer a different payment method.
