Knitting + Washing = Felting

What is normally completely undesirable when knitting, you create with our felting wool intentionally. You make an oversized knitted or crocheted piece, wash it at 50°C in the washing machine and get a firmness and warmth of the felted piece that will surprise you. The result is unique "felted" bags that are super hardwearing. And probably the warmest caps and socks in the world - try it out!
The shrinkage is between 30% and 40%, in wet condition your knitted garment can still be pulled into shape (for socks or hats it is best to pull it over foot or head while still wet).
